Business Unit : Security Services

Career Area : Security Guard

Location : Vancouver, British Columbia, CA

As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities For Shift Supervisor

  • Lead a team of on-site security guards
  • Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
  • Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
  • Issue and manage access cards
  • Complete daily reports and incident reports
  • All other related duties

    • Qualifications For Shift Supervisor

  • Be authorized to work in Canada
  • This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in security and team management
  • Intermediate Occupational First Aid Certificate (OFA2)
  • Hold a valid BC security license
