100% Full-Time Remote Account Executive for top PEO company
Job Summary : As a Remote Account Executive - Sales Recruitment, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and sourcing top sales talent, and driving the recruitment process to successful placements.
You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales or recruitment.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide effective solutions.
Source, identify, and engage top sales talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for client roles.
Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process, including feedback collection and follow-up.
Negotiate offers and close placements to meet or exceed recruitment targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to continuously improve processes and share best practices.
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with relevant insights and advice.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field, preferably with a focus on sales roles (revenu 250k yealy).
2 years of expirences in PEO, HCM, ASO or HR solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficient in using recruitment software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

Compensation includes a base salary of $80-100k with OTE of $160-200k, and a commission structure of 30% in year 1, 10% in year 2, and 5% in year 3 for residuals.
