We are seeking a Learning and Development Student for our North American Headquarters (Edmonton AB) who is available for 4-8 months starting in May 2026 .

As a Learning and Development Student and depending on your assigned project you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by :

• Reviewing and adding new courses into PCLs Learning Management System (LMS)
• Updating learning resources including reference guides and videos
• Running and creating training reports
• Performing data clean-up to maintain accurate records
• Working within the LMS to make learning options more accessible and user-friendly
• Participating in stakeholder meetings to manage learning objects (courses) in the LMS and fostering a strong and collaborative approach across PCL
• Assisting in documenting well-defined standards and processes that support PCLs learning infrastructure
• Helping to plan and execute system-related change management activities.
• Managing reports to support company metrics and KPIs
• Researching best practices and industry trends and making recommendations for improvements
• Applying principles of time management to track tasks and deadlines
• Providing regular updates to your immediate supervisor
