Medical Education Lead - Hybrid

As a Medical Education Lead on Stryker's Extremities team, you will help manages and oversees educational events (e.g., third party events, healthcare professional education events) as part of the business unit marketing strategy. Manages customer invitations, registration, and post-event follow-up and evaluations. Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation Responsible to live and exemplify Stryker’s mission and values.

This role is hybrid in Waterdown, Ontario, Canada. The preferred candidate will reside within commuting distance from this Stryker location and be able to be hybrid in the office 1-2 days per week and as needed.

What you will do

• Support development of educational content utilizing Health Care Professional input

• Support program development with guidance from others

• Maintain collaboration with broader Medical Education/product marketing/sales training, etc

• Lead Medical Education program coordination, logistics and content delivery

• Organize in-class or virtual courses

• Identify what we want to measure/track and most appropriate method

• Provide input to future plans

• Assist in defining business metrics

• Provide data and input to plan

• Understand the different communication channel strategies

• Partner with Marketing Communications to develop communications plan

What you will need:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4+ years of work experience required

Preferred:

• MBA preferred
• 2+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
• Event planning and logistics experience preferred

$88,100.00 - $117,400.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 30%
