Overview

A full-service tooling provider of progressive transfer and tandem dies. Specializing in deep draw, aluminum, ultra high strength steel and complex stamping dies.

Responsibilities

• Designing progressive, transfer and line dies
• Interacting with customers regarding design reviews and follow-up
• Providing technical support to machining / tryout / build throughout the die manufacturing process
• Maintaining documentation records of complete die design
• Creating process layouts for part data
• Develop trim lines / morph surfaces / troubleshoot
