As a Fixed Term Tractor Trailer Loadbuilder you will optimize asset, resource and product utilization within established policies and procedures to build efficient and cost-effective loads for our Tractor Trailer team. Your goal will be meet KPI targets on safety, on-time delivery and retention targets, with customer satisfaction & service at the forefront. Your success will be dependent on your ability to make decisions and recommendations around several assets required for seasonal fluctuations in business, weather and supply interruptions. Your success will also require an ability to handle strategic planning, making product specification changes, meeting demand during supply outages, as well as recording and reporting runouts or discrepancies within the business.
