We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Document Control Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being at the center of major project activity.

Salary : $70,000–$85,000 DOE annually

What You’ll Do :

• Own and maintain the project’s document control system and workflows.
• Receive, log, track, and distribute all drawings, documents, and correspondence.
• Enforce version control, naming conventions, formatting standards, and metadata accuracy.
• Keep project registers, logs, and document databases fully up to date.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, contractors, and the client to ensure timely reviews, approvals, and responses.
• Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up to prevent delays.
• Prepare and issue transmittals to contractors and client stakeholders.
• Ensure approved documents are properly communicated and distributed to the right teams.
• Archive documentation in alignment with contractual and corporate requirements.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and quality assurance reviews.
• Train project staff on document control tools, processes, and best practices.
• Prepare reporting summaries, KPIs, and document-related status updates for management.
• Track and report monthly hours and disbursements, responding to client inquiries and supporting final invoicing.
