Provide a seamless and elevated brand experience throughout the buying journey Collect and relay client insights to product and coaching teams 2+ years of experience in sales (DM sales, phone sales, sell-by-chat, or high-ticket preferred) World-class written communication skills : persuasive, conversational, and clear Passion for business, fitness, mindset, and personal growth Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments Tech-savvy : you know your way around CRM tools, sales dashboards, and digital platforms Full-time availability in-person at our Kelowna studio Familiarity with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or HubSpot Exposure to coaching or performance-driven startups Background in entrepreneurship, fitness, or digital sales Are obsessed with winning for the team and the client Love fast feedback loops and love being measured by results Are extremely competitive, but humble Bring high energy, even in short messages Want to grow your sales career with a fast-growing brand Are hungry for more than a job, you want a mission A thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem World-class outdoor activities at your doorstep Great schools, arts, and a vibrant, welcoming community Lakeside patios, mountain trails, craft coffee, and yes, amazing wine

For this role you will start as a sales setter and after 90 days you will grow into a sales closer.

About the Role
As an on site Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our business and changing lives. You’ll be responsible for converting leads into high-ticket clients across our mindset and business programs, all through conversational sales (chat-first).
You’ll report to our Head of Revenue and work side-by-side with an ambitious, heart-centered team of marketers, coaches, and creatives. Whether you’re new to high-ticket sales or looking for a team that finally matches your pace, this role delivers.
