Job Description
Job Summary : The Time Zone Lead is responsible for driving sales pipeline production, managing the overall sales process, and achieving sales closure within their designated region (Americas, EMEA, or Asia).
This role involves managing a team of Program Managers and Sales Managers to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and the achievement of regional sales targets.
The Time Zone Lead will work closely with Global to align regional initiatives with global objectives, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and results-driven sales execution.

Key Responsibilities :
- Pipeline Production :
- Develop and implement regional strategies to ensure a robust and healthy sales pipeline.
- Monitor pipeline metrics and ensure that the sales team is consistently generating new leads and opportunities.
- Identify and address any gaps in the sales pipeline to maintain a steady flow of opportunities.
- Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Execute the regional sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Global to align regional initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and enhance sales execution.
- Overall Sales Process Management :
- Oversee the entire sales process, including campaign planning and sales process optimization.
- Ensure seamless coordination of sales activities and alignment with regional and global objectives.
- Collaborate with technical resources to upsell additional services and solutions.
- Manage partner handoffs to ensure smooth transitions and effective collaboration with external partners.
- Team Management :
- Oversee and mentor Program Managers and Sales Managers within the region.
- Ensure that the regional sales team has the resources and support needed to achieve their goals.
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the regional sales team.
- Sales Closure :
- Ensure efficient and effective sales processes to maximize conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team in negotiating and closing deals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to remove any obstacles that may hinder the sales closure process.
- Performance Management :
- Monitor and analyze sales performance within the region, identifying areas for improvement.
- Set regional sales targets and KPIs, ensuring they are met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement :
- Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders within the region, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders to report on performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Act as a key point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Operational Excellence :
- Ensure consistent and compliant sales operations within the region.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive process improvements and innovations to enhance overall sales performance.
