Titre du poste : Coordonnateur Administratif et des Installations

Description du poste

Le candidat retenu portera plusieurs casquettes, fournissant un soutien administratif, coordonnant les besoins des installations, gérant la communication avec les fournisseurs et assistant à la documentation d'import / export. Ce rôle très collaboratif nécessite une réactivité critique avec des priorités souvent changeantes.

Responsabilités

  • Répondre aux emails quotidiens des employés, des gestionnaires et des fournisseurs.
  • Agir en tant que personne de référence pour les questions générales (équipement, demandes d'installation, FAQ de base).
  • Coordonner la communication interne via Teams et Outlook.
  • Servir de point de contact principal pour les problèmes de maintenance, les ré approvisionnements, les réparations et les mises à niveau des installations.
  • Travailler avec des fournisseurs établis pour coordonner les délais, les approbations et les actions de suivi.
  • Gérer l'entrée, le suivi et l'acheminement des factures pour approbation.
  • Collaborer sur les processus d'import / export, compléter les formulaires pertinents, créer des étiquettes et gérer la documentation.
  • Soutenir les ateliers d'ingénierie et les sessions de collaboration, y compris la planification des réunions et l'organisation de la restauration.

Compétences Essentielles

  • Soutien administratif, coordination des installations, suite Microsoft Office.
  • 3+ ans d'expérience dans des rôles administratifs, de coordination de bureau ou de soutien aux installations.
  • Connaissance approfondie des processus de facturation ou de comptabilité de base.
  • À l'aise avec l'apprentissage et l'utilisation d'outils tels que SAP, Coupa, et MS 365.
  • Compétences Supplémentaires & qualifications

  • Expérience dans le soutien des processus d'import / export.
  • Expérience dans la coordination avec les fournisseurs ou la gestion de la maintenance des installations.
  • Capacité à proposer des idées pour moderniser ou améliorer les flux de travail existants.
