Patient Care Coordinator
Duties :
- The patient care coordinator is responsible for booking patient appointments and facilitating an excellent custom service experience.
- You will be answering phones, booking appointments, confirming appointments, answering and responding to any leads through web marketing platforms or any new patient referral inquiries, poke calls, RecallMax follow-ups, and pre-determinations;
as well as acquiring and presenting a break-down of benefits and the cost of treatment to patients.
Qualifications :
- You must have a minimum 3 years experience in sales and service.
