Job Summary

We areseeking a Lead Financial Specialist / Consultant to join theAffiliates & Structuring Advisory Division within GroupTreasury Management Department of This Company.

The Lead FinancialSpecialist / Consultant leads and advises on Treasury matters relatedto This Companys Affiliates including WhollyOwned Joint Venturesand Public Entities.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Lead the review of affiliates corporate finance mattersincluding liquidity working capital dividends and capitalstructure.
• Evaluate and recommend ways tooptimize intragroup lending demonstrating an understanding ofstructuring and tax optimization opportunities.
• Join the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Divisionwithin the Group Treasury Management Department of ThisCompany.
• Lead and advise on Treasury mattersrelated to This Companys Affiliates including WhollyOwned JointVentures and Public Entities.
• Possessexperience in valuation and financial modeling.
• Knowledgeable in debt financing and other financialinstruments.
• Understand intragroup lending andtax organization.
• Possess applicable teamskills and crossfunctional experience.
• Exposedto Mergers and Acquisitions.
• Demonstrateexcellent negotiation skills.
• Communicateeffectively with all levels of the organization including mentoringnew hires and presenting to the This Company ManagementCommittee.

Requirements :

• Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
• As thesuccessful candidate you will hold an MBA or an equivalent degreewith Business Accounting Finance or a related field from arecognized and approved program.
• Professionalcertifications : CFA CPA and CTP.
• 10 years ofexperience in corporate finance matters including liquidity workingcapital dividends and capital structure.
• Ability to coach staff in developing analytical skillsand managing project delivery.
• Advancedproficiency in Excel and excellent presentation skills.
