Are you a results-driven leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence in a manufacturing environment? Our client’s facility on the South Shore of Quebec is looking for a Facility / Plant Manager who thrives on implementing change management strategies, optimizing processes, and leading teams toward success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead change management initiatives and collaborate with executives to align processes with best practices
• Develop and mentor the management team to ensure your vision and strategies are adopted and sustained
• Create and roll out strategies to improve employee engagement and relations across all levels
• Champion workplace safety and build a culture of continuous improvement
• Design and execute plans to optimize operational performance and meet customer expectations
• Oversee financial and operational planning to meet cost and budgetary goals
• Work closely with HR and legal teams on incident reporting, WSIB, and health and safety strategies
• Foster leadership development across the site, building a strong pipeline for future roles
• Proven success in management of a lean team of 4 managers
• Ability to work with production staff to articulate vision and company mission statement
