Position Details
Employment Type : Full-time, permanent
Hourly Wage : $95.00
Weekly Hours : 30 to 40 per week

Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within DCS Technologies by promoting a culture of experimentation and agility through innovative solutions
- Lead the development and implementation of data-driven decision-making processes and analytics frameworks within DCS Technologies
- Facilitate the development and execution of technology strategies aligned with DCS Technologies' objectives
- Direct the management of the IT department, including talent acquisition, training, and performance evaluations, to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce
- Assess and optimize existing systems and technologies within DCS Technologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity via data analytics, algorithm R&D and more.
- Promote collaboration with various teams to understand DCS Technologies' unique technology needs, facilitating cross-functional cooperation to develop tailored solutions that align with business requirements
- Develop and oversee IT budgets for DCS Technologies, ensuring effective resource allocation in alignment with financial targets
- Lead the selection, procurement, and deployment of hardware, software, and IT services for DCS Technologies according to established policies and procedures
- Provide decisive leadership and guidance during technology-related projects at DCS Technologies, overseeing project teams to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
Qualifications
- A diploma or above in computer science or a related discipline (or equivalent years of experience)
- At least 2 years of related experience (3 to 5 years preferred)
- Excellent leadership skills
