Responsibilities
- Lead the development, management, and optimization of PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and review channels like Capterra to drive leads and conversions for the WellnessLiving software solution.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, selection, and audience targeting to ensure campaign effectiveness focusing on niche markets and industry-specific audiences.
- Create compelling, conversion-driven ad copy and perform A / B testing on various creatives to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to ensure messaging highlights key software features and benefits.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and Capterra dashboards, providing regular reports with actionable insights to enhance PPC strategies.
- Optimize landing pages for a seamless user experience working closely with UX / UI and web development teams to ensure alignment with product offerings.
- Manage and track budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign performance, focusing on maximizing ROI and achieving KPIs related to lead generation, demo requests, software subscriptions, and overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and algorithm changes that may impact PPC campaigns, ensuring the company remains competitive in the digital marketing landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product marketing, content marketing, and design to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies that effectively promote Wellnessliving and drive brand awareness.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth in the PPC space and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing PPC Marketing campaigns, preferably in a fast-paced software environment.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Proficiency in Capterra, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with A / B testing, conversion optimization, and using tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs is a plus.
- Google Ads certification or similar PPC-related credentials.
- Familiarity with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
