Our established client in St. Albert is currently seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join their focused team for a contract opportunity.

As the Recruitment Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

• Booking and managing appointments
• Performing data entry
• Filling templates
• Responding to email inquiries
• Tracking and updating records in a system
• Ad hoc duties as requested

Job Requirements:

Make a positive contribution as a Recruitment Assistant with our client. The successful Recruitment Assistant will possess the following:

• 1+ years of prior experience in similar role or recruitment
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Highly organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Available to start immediately
