About The Role

Reports to the Director of Drafting & Technical Support, the Curtain Wall Drafting Manager shall oversee and manage a team of drafters, scheduling projects, and ensuring timely completion of shop drawings. Responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate preparation of drawings to meet project deadlines.

Duties are responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

Develop and maintain a comprehensive project schedule for shop drawings;

Lead and supervise a team of drafters, providing guidance, support and mentoring;

Review and approve shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications;

Request weekly reports from drafters to track project status and identify potential issues. Review reports from Window Wall Team;
