RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide leadership to the Process Engineering team and provide support and oversight for all Process deliverables across multiple projects.
• Manage team workload forecasting, and project assignments; provide support for recruiting and hiring for the Process team to ensure the right mix of competencies across the team.
• Support the team with mentoring, training, and career development.
• Support the development of overall company processes and procedures; lead the development and maintenance of Process-specific processes, procedures, templates, and go-bys.
• Provide support to Corporate Development with proposal inputs and manhour estimates.
• Lead a project team in developing project deliverables including : design basis, process design criteria, HMB, PFDs and P&IDs, process simulations etc.
• The role is envisioned to be approximately 60% technical with direct project involvement and 40% management of the team and contributions to corporate development.

QUALIFICATIONS :
