Robert Half is currently searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead a team for one of its clients in the Edmonton area. This company is growing year over year and is global in its reach! One of this roles top selling points is the capacity to be part of changes across Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections policy and procedure as well as the ability to be hands on in advising senior management on ways to improve systems and training procedures. This is a hybrid work model due to the management aspect of this role.

This individual would have the ability to make this role their own and to have autonomy.

Tasks are:

- Training staff

- Collections for a wide variety of customers.

- Managing credit evaluations and decisions – making sure there is a quality evaluation to be sent up the chain for approval.

- Maintaining and proposing changes to the credit policies

- Audit support for AR samples

- Evaluating the current credit card terminal system, with the ability to suggest change if needed.

- ERP implementation

Job Requirements:

• 5 years + Accounts Receivable experience
• 2-3 years Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to approve Credit
• Conduct Employee Training
• Collection Processes
• ERP system testing Implementation - experience an asset
• Credit Policies & Procedures
