Location : Edmonton, AB
Compensation $85,000 - $95,000 + Benefits
I am excited to be working with a client who has been raising the bar when it comes to restaurants and bars. They are looking for a executive chef to come and join their great team and help create their culinary experience.
Responsibilities :
- Overseeing and impacting operations and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Leading, training, and developing hourly and salary team members
- Managing kitchen inventory and purchasing
- Cleanliness, facility up-keep and ensuring food handling safety
- Managing revenue and overseeing expenses and financial reporting
The ideal Executive Chef :
- 5+ years kitchen / restaurant experience.
- 2-3 years’ experience overseeing the culinary operations of a high-volume restaurant
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Looking to be part of a fun environment!
