THE ROLE

As the Specialist / Senior Specialist, Learning Design, you will :

Support in selecting the most effective and engaging learning modalities to train our teams

Effectively apply innovative and brand-propelling design assets to increase the impact of training content, staying up to date with instructional design and adult learning trends

Apply instructional design to structure sequence learning experiences that guide learners toward achieving desired outcomes

Partner with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring business objectives are met

Design, build, and continuously improve learning programs at the highest quality to support business objectives and achieve the intended experience for our Retail teams

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Specialist / Senior Specialist, Learning Design has :

Proven skills, education, and / or applicable experience in Learning & Development

A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000-$100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
