We areseeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager, RN to join our team,overseeing various LTC / AL / IL care homes within the Vancouver Lower Mainlandincluding a staff of 500+, serving over 450 residents.

The idealcandidate will have at least 25 years of experience in Nursing Team Leadershipand Administration demonstrating exceptional management skills, clinicalexpertise, and strategic vision.

As Operations Manager, RN you ensure excellence in theprovision of patient-centered care within various care homes. The OperationsManager provides leadership and direction for the operations, management,utilization, risk management, and quality improvement and applies managementtheory and concepts to leading, staffing, monitoring, evaluating, and datagathering including the development of relevant outcome measures.

TheOperations Manager, RN is accountable for efficient, effective utilization ofapproved physical, financial, and human resources;

guiding and coordinatingactivities in accordance with professional standards; supporting the goals andstrategic direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leadand manage multi-site nursing operations, ensuring high standards of care andcompliance with all regulations
  • Overseestaff recruitment, training, and development, fostering a collaborative andsupportive environment
  • Developand implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and operationalefficiency
  • Monitorand evaluate nursing practices, ensuring the delivery of compassionate,high-quality care
  • Collaboratewith interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
  • Managebudgets and resources effectively, aligning with organizational goals andfinancial targets
  • Serveas a mentor and role model to nursing staff, promoting professional growth andexcellence.

Qualifications :

  • BCCNMRegistered Nurse; master’s degree in nursing preferred
  • Minimumof 25 years of experience in nursing and management
  • Strongleadership and organizational skills
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proventrack record in improving patient care and operational outcomes

Compensation :

  • Salaryrange : $175,000 +
  • Comprehensivebenefits package including RRSP Matching and 6 weeks vacation
