Our client in the Fraser Valley is actively hiring for an Human Resources Generalist for their busy manufacturing facility.

Reporting to the Director of HR, the Generalist will play a key role in full cycle recruitment, employee relations including fostering relationships with the union and union employees, training and development, health and safety and other HR projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements :

The successful candidate will have 5 + years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, union experience, full cycle recruitment, training and development, employee relationships including grievances and investigations, Workday and or Workforce Now.

In addition you have an HR degree and CPHR designation. You are positive, proactive, adaptable, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detailed and analytical with strong problem solving skills, you think outside the box and are able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.
