- Among your responsibilities, your tasks will include : -Prepare various documents for commercial and industrial real estate transactions (commercial leases, acquisitions, sales);
- Manage and follow up on the agenda of professionals; -Draft and follow up on correspondence; -Review documents and correspondence for compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage;
- SKILLS REQUIRED : -Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in secretarial work, administration or other relevant training; -Legal background or experience in real estate (an important asset);
- Good command of spoken and written French; -Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
