Description

Our Client is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst for the project delivery of IMT projects.

While this role is remote, candidate must reside in Alberta and work within Alberta at all times. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply.

Skills Agile, JIRA, Azure DevOps, UAT Type Contract Experience Required / Mandatory Skills

The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following : University graduation in business, management or a related discipline and four-year Technical Business Analyst (BA) experience; OR Two-year diploma in business, management or a related discipline and six-year BA experience; OR One-year certificate in business, management or a related discipline and seven-year BA experience; OR Eight-year BA experience

Knowledge of various software development methodologies (i.e. agile, waterfall, scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT environment. (8+ years)

Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements. (3+ years)

Experience in facilitating and managing business process development and process re-engineering workshops and sessions. (5+ years)

Experience in gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across ministries or departments. (5+ years)

Experience with written and verbal communications including specific experience in drafting strategic business and technical documentation. (5+ years)

Nice To Have Skills

Experience in facilitating meetings and communicating with senior management and project stakeholders. (5+ years)

Experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT solutions. (5+ years)

Experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.). (5+ years)

Experience with Agile backlog management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. (1+ years)

Experience with development and implementation of content management, document management, records management, information management processes in applications. (5+ years)

Experience with IT service management, IT service management applications, IT application development and maintenance projects. (4+ years)

Experience with User Acceptance Testing processes on large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment. (4+ years)

Experience working within an agile development environment. (4+ years)
