Job description

Job Responsibilities

Operate commercial baking and cooking equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure consistency in product taste, appearance, and texture
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Monitor inventory of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals
Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance product offerings

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a baker or snack maker in an Indian food production or restaurant setting

Demonstrated expertise in Indian snack preparation and baking techniques

Ensure quality control and consistency in all baked products

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
