Master Scheduler

We are seeking a Production Scheduler to plan and manage production schedules in a manufacturing environment in Niagara Falls ON region.

Pay - $70k-$80k

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the master production schedule

• Plan and release work orders based on demand and capacity

• Review customer orders and forecasts to align production plans

• Coordinate with production engineering and purchasing to ensure materials and data are accurate

• Monitor capacity and adjust schedules as needed

• Communicate schedules priorities and changes to production teams and management

• Track performance metrics such as on-time delivery and schedule adherence

• Support inventory control efforts

• Identify and support improvements in scheduling and planning

• Serve as the main contact for scheduling-related issues

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing scheduling role

• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)

• Strong knowledge of production planning and capacity management

• Good analytical and organizational skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
