Restaurant Shift Supervisor
Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced restaurant environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Duties :
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain health standards.
