19.06.2024 Data & Analytics Permanent Open position Rovio is part of the SEGA family and world famous for our flagship IP Angry Birds - want to know more about Rovio as an employer? .We are looking for a Data Analyst with a focus on User Acquisition to join our Data Science and Analytics craft. In this position, your main focus will be to improve product marketing analytics as part of our internal publishing team, providing support to SEGA and taking on responsibilities for games within the SEGA portfolio. You will report directly to the Head of Data Science and Analytics.This is an outstanding opportunity to join a mature Data craft, learn from the best and help ensure that our games hit and exceed their growth trajectory.The team is located at our HQ in Espoo, Finland, and we operate in a hybrid mode with 2-3 days a week in the office. We do not provide relocation assistance for this position.

You’ll have impact and fun at work by doing :

  • Working as an analyst in a game project improving our campaign management and UA creatives working close with our performance marketing specialists
  • Supporting other teams such as game teams and user research by providing data and insight from internal and external services
  • Evaluating and defining metrics and understanding long-term trends
  • Designing experiments, running A / B tests and creating dashboards and reports
  • Collaborating and constantly looking to improve ways of working within the team and within the data craft as a whole
  • Experience and skills we are looking for :

  • Proficiency in relevant scripting language like SQL and Python or R
  • Experience in A / B testing design, implementation and decision making
  • Understanding of statistical analysis, bayesian methods and machine learning
  • Track record of turning analysis into valuable recommendations, creating visible business impact for the product you are supporting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills , capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams, translating complex analyses into actionable business strategies
  • Experience in mobile app marketing and user acquisition is considered as an advantage but not mandatory
