Outcomes Architect

As part of Diabsolut's continued growth, The Outcomes Architect is a senior strategic role responsible for architecting and driving the successful delivery of complex technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires deep functional expertise, enterprise architecture skills, and a strong ability to influence client strategy and technology adoption. The Outcomes Consultant partners with executive stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals, ensures architectural integrity, and mentors consulting teams to foster excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive technology solutions focused on achieving client-specific business outcomes.
• Collaborate with client executives and senior stakeholders to define strategic objectives, success metrics, and roadmap for outcome realization.
• Architect end-to-end business and technology solutions that align with industry best practices and client business strategies.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on technology adoption, digital transformation, and process optimization.
• Oversee solution configuration, integration, and deployment strategies to ensure architectural consistency and scalability.
• Lead complex workshops, executive presentations, and client advisory sessions.
• Mentor senior and junior consultants, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with sales and presales teams to support solution positioning and proposal development.
• Drive enterprise-level change management and adoption initiatives to maximize solution value.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to architectural standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and architectural frameworks to continuously enhance client offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience (typically 12+ years) in functional consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture within professional services or technology consulting.
• Proven ability to lead the architecture and delivery of complex, large-scale technology solutions with measurable business impact.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience influencing C-level executives.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce and industry-specific solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, and other modern delivery methodologies.
