Cleaver Brooks has a 3-month contract for an Clerk-Accounting, A / P Part-Time to join our team in Stratford, ON . The Accounting Clerk is responsible for all Accounts Payable functions for this location. This includes all computer entries, filing, research, payment preparation and dispatch and contact with outside suppliers. Work with other members of the finance team to ensure reporting goals and schedules are met.

• 3-Month Contract-February, March, April 2026-potential to extended.

Hourly rate : $25.00 / hr.

Essential functions :

Education Required : Associates Degree / Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent work experience preferred.

Experience : Strong skills and ability with computer data entry. High competency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with IFS systems would be an asset.

Working Conditions and Hazards : Normal plant, shop, field or office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features. Negligible or no exposure.
