About the Role
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supervising assigned team members to achieve objectives in production, quality, and safety in the Distribution Center (DC). Provides work direction and timely information to both the team members and leadership to help ensure overall operational success.

- Ensuring the DC’s operational goals are achieved by coordinating with other departments and leadership as necessary, establishing schedules and plans to meet objectives, monitoring operations throughout the shift, and reassigning resources or making changes as needed. Resolving production and communication issues promptly by collaborating with other leaders.
- Assuring team members are working safely by identifying and addressing behaviors or conditions that may increase safety risks, partnering closely with Loss Prevention.
- Providing training and guidance to encourage the development of capable, contributing team members while setting a workplace tone that fosters engagement and retention.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate, DC, and departmental policies and procedures, addressing performance, attendance, and conduct issues through ongoing coaching, documentation, and corrective action in partnership with HR.
- Coaching and motivating team members to improve individual performance, documenting progress appropriately, and delivering regular performance appraisals and feedback to support success.
- Participating in special projects and performing other related duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalentAny other related training / education is a plusDemonstrates computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and WMS applicationsMHE certification, electric pallet jack, Reach Truck and otherPrevious supervisory or lead experience in a comparable operationalBasic knowledge of warehouse operations in a distribution environment preferredOther

This position is based in the warehouse with regular exposure to extreme temperatures dependent on external climate and proximity to dock doors / exits. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations.
