Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We’reseeking a hands-onSenior DevOps Engineerto manage and improve our AWS infrastructure and deployment processes.You’llwork in a small, production-critical environment (20–30servers), collaborating with the development team while also owning key operational responsibilities.

This role offersautonomyto improve and automate deployment pipelines and influence how we scale and manage our infrastructure. While not on-call, you will be expected to respond to production incidents when they occur.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AWS resources— EC2, S3, ECS, Load Balancers, and Cognito.
• Administer Linux servers— patching, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee deployments— Java (TomEE), Node.js applications, and legacy components.
• Work with databases— Oracle DB,AWS Aurora, Postgres, MySQL, MS SQL Server.
• Implement andmaintaininfrastructure as code— usingTerraformandAnsible.
• Improve CI / CD pipelines— automate and streamline deployments.
• Monitor andoptimizesystem performanceusingAWS CloudWatchandDatadog.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve production issues and ensure consistent environments.
