Our client, a leader in the automotive space, is adding an HR Compliance and Administration Manager to their team!
This is a permanent opportunity, reporting to the Director of HR and is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days of work onsite at their office in Mississauga
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact to provide support in employee relations and act as a subject matter expert for all conflicts
- Conduct workplace investigations and review progressive disciplinary projects and procedures
- Monitor changes to employment legislation and audit internal programs
- Ensure annual compliance reporting for AODA, Pension Reporting, manage ex-pat relations
- Manage, execute, and act as a primary point of contact for STD, LTD, RTW, LOA's, Workplace injuries, and Disability Programs
- Support and develop DEI initiatives, OHIP, Driver's License and SIN Registration for ex-pats, employee perks, oversee the HR Administrator
Qualifications and Skills
5-7 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceExperience handling employee relations, and liaising with necessary authoritiesExperience managing vendor relationshipsExperience in developing and executing HR programsEducation
University Degree in Business Management or Human Resources or relevant area of studyNice-to-Haves
Member of HRPA in good standing with CHRP / CHRL Designation or working towards.Previous experience working with OEM or Tier 1 or 2 suppliersBenefits
