POSITION : Materials / Warehouse Supervisor

REPORTING TO : Senior Manager Supply Chain

SCHEDULE : In Office Langley

Thomson Power Systems (a Regal Rexnord company) is a leading manufacturer of electrical products and

systems for use in the power generation industry for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a talented

warehouse supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and manage all warehouse-

related activities (receiving kitting shipping / logistics and warehouse management) for the business

through the Regal Business System (RBS) to meet our stakeholders expectations and enable growth in the

business. They will play a key role in creating a vision to achieve our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and

long-term strategic objectives. This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited about being part of a

Main responsibilities :

Drive the culture of zero safety incident for the department and the business.

• Develop and align the department around the business KPIs to achieve the AOP targets.
• Provide effective leadership coaching and training to department leaders.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives through RBS to improve the department KPIs.
• Maintain and improve daily productivity statistics including but not limited to inventory target cycle
• counting inventory accuracy E&O level shipping count receiving count and kitting counts.
• Organize and lead the annual physical inventory count and corrective actions.
• Communicate critical department metrics to relevant business personnel.
• Be the central point of contact for all department related inquiries.
• Identify recruit and retain top talents to create a strong employee culture and engagement.
