CAC is exclusively recruiting on behalf of a leading, high-growth Canadian organization within the health care sector. Our client is seeking a progressive Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) to join one of the company’s fastest-growing business units—a key engine driving their acquisitive expansion.

You will work closely with corporate finance and business operations teams, supporting acquisition integration, accounting, and reporting activities including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of CPAs in a collaborative environment
• Identify, research, and resolve accounting errors and discrepancies
• Review and approve all balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close processes, regulatory reporting, and various internal / external reporting requirements
• Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries; support the close process and financial statement preparation
• Lead multiple projects and set priorities as the business continues to evolve
• Systems integration and of acquisitions in streamlining reporting, process, controls and best practices
