Casual Custodian - Bonanza School
Peace Wapiti Public School Division (PWPSD) provides service to approximately 5,900 students in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12 in 34 schools and is one of the largest employers in the Grande Prairie / Spirit River region.
We are seeking a Casual Custodian at Bonanza School to provide a safe, attractive, comfortable, and clean working and learning environment.
Casual custodians work on an on-call, as-needed basis when regular staff are unavailable.
Qualifications :
able to perform both light and heavy cleaning tasks utilizing a variety of equipment,
self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently,
able to manually move, lift, carry, pull or push heavy objects, and
previous experience in an institutional or commercial environment would be considered an asset.

A current Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Check), dated within the last six months, is a condition of employment.
Terms and conditions of employment are outlined in Policy GGG : Personnel Policy for Non-Teaching Staff. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
The salary range for this position is $20.91 / hour to $26.22 / hour.
