Summary Statement
This class incumbent is responsible for supervising the maintenance of a moderate size institution / facility including buildings, grounds and physical facilities or assisting the Physical Plant Maintenance Superintendent in the physical maintenance of the largest of the State institutions / facilities.

Conditions of Hire
All new hires are required to report to the Statewide New Employee Orientation (SNEO) on their first day of employment. Sessions are held at designated locations in Kent or New Castle County.
