D365 / Azure Administrator

On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking an Azure / D365 Administrator for a 12 month contract, in Winnipeg, MB (remote).

D365 / Azure Administrator Responsibilities

• Provide administration support (access management, license management, environment provisioning, capacity management, backup, performance, monitoring etc.) for Power Platform, Dynamic 365, SharePoint and other Azure products .
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications using Forms, Native and Custom Entities, Plugins (JavaScript, C#), Microsoft Flows, PowerBI, and Power Apps.
• Support the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint governance activities.
• Knowledge and experience on how to grow and integrate D365 and Power applications and services by designing and deploying, updating and / or supporting changes to common data models, forms, processes, web services, dataflows, workflow automation, etc.
• Update and execute the established standard operating procedures to patch non-production and production environments for workloads running within Azure IaaS.
• Assist solution development teams with implementing DevOps CI / CD pipeline activities such as solution packaging and promotion across different environments.
• Configure and manage no-code power automate flows for routine workflow requirements and, support development teams with deploying workflow solutions.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for routine maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with external teams when troubleshooting network, firewall, and active directory issues.
• Support change management process and root cause analysis documentation.
