Job description

Calling all licensed and unlicensed Millwrights / Maintenance Mechanics. I have an incredible opportunity for you in the heart of Brantford. Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and service industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Build and assemble components as needed for repairs or upgrades.
  • Diagnose and resolve machinery issues during on-site field service visits.
  • Perform routine inspections to detect issues and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Work closely with team members to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Keep detailed and organized records of maintenance activities.
  • Handle general maintenance tasks for building infrastructure.
  • Promote and uphold workplace safety standards.
  • Qualifications

  • You have a strong maintenance background - minimum of 3 years working on industrial equipment
  • 433a / 426a license preferred but not required
  • You have experience working on older machinery as well as newer automated machinery
  • You are able to read and interpret drawings and schematics
  • You have strong communication and problem solving skills
  • You are flexible and able to work OT as required (after hours during the week and occasionally on the weekend)
