What Youll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe efficient and consistent production while supporting continuous improvement and housekeeping initiatives
• Perform routine inspections maintenance and troubleshooting; identify and report mechanical or operational issues to maintenance and management
• Enforce safety environmental and quality procedures by conducting daily safety meetings hazard assessments and site inspections
• Provide hands-on supervision and support to crushing crew members equipment operators and labourers to maintain material flow quality and production targets
• Train mentor and support crew members to enhance skills safety awareness and overall productivity
