Requirements
5+ years managing admin teamsBachelor’s Degree preferredExperience leading larger teams of 10+Experience in change management and analyticsStrong communication, customer service, and problem-solvingSkilled in Microsoft 365 suiteCRM and contact center telephony experience a plusHealthcare, government, or insurance background a bonusBenefits
