Our dynamic client in Calgary is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their fast-paced team for a contract role.

As the Receptionist, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to :

• Responding to email inquiries
• Answering phone calls
• Supplies ordering
• Greeting visitors
• Mail receiving and distribution
• Coordinate / code courier shipments
• Provide administrative support to other departments
• Assist with coordination of meetings and events
• Ad hoc duties as requested
