Description

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring that the large-scale service flows smoothly and aligns with high standards of hospitality.
  • Lead a team of skilled servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, fostering a positive, guest-focused work environment, and preparing for the demands of a 400-seat restaurant.
  • Implement and maintain quality standards to create an exceptional dining experience that keeps guests returning.

Guest Experience and Brand Development

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every guest experience reflects the core values of quality and hospitality.
  • Engage with guests and the community to build strong relationships, promote special events, and enhance the brand’s presence.
  • Work alongside the culinary team to develop and showcase an innovative menu that pairs seamlessly with craft beers, ensuring offerings remain fresh and aligned with customer preferences.

Financial and Strategic Management

  • Partner with the executive team to create and execute growth strategies, including optimizing revenue and managing costs efficiently.
  • Develop and manage budgets, track performance indicators, and work toward achieving financial objectives, particularly with the launch of the 420-seat venue.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to enhance customer engagement through programming, events, and promotions.

Requirements

Experience & Knowledge

  • 5+ years of management experience in the hospitality, food and beverage, or restaurant industry, with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, team leadership, and customer service in a high-energy environment.
  • Familiarity with craft beer is a plus, with a passion for pairing culinary offerings with an award-winning beer selection.
