Responsibilities :
Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for :
Financial Reporting : Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with industry standards and regulations.Budgeting and Forecasting : Collaborate with management to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Provide insightful financial forecasts.Cash Management : Oversee cash flow and liquidity management, optimizing working capital and minimizing financial risks.Tax Compliance : Ensure timely and accurate preparation of corporate tax returns and compliance with relevant tax regulations.Audit Coordination : Facilitate and manage external audits, working closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation and address inquiriesProcess Improvement : Identify opportunities for process enhancements, implement best practices, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance departmentQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional accounting designation (CPA) is an asset5-10+ years of progressive accounting experienceAdvanced MS Excel user and experience with Sage300 is highly regardedExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
