My Downtown Vancouver client within the financial industry is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to lead the team. As the Senior Portfolio Manager you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, have proven leadership abilities and can lead, drive and motivate a team. You have excellent communication skills when it comes to speaking with different stakeholders within the business. You naturally have an analytical mindset, you are operationally focused and you are someone that sees gaps and improve processes.

Some of the key responsibilities include :

• Leading a large team across two locations, the day to day operations o the team
• Identify areas for improvement, coaching, mentoring and leading more junior team members
• Client invoicing
• Assets management
• Corporate and client cash flow processing
• Analyzing current processes and redesigning
• Reconciliation of portfolio accounting records with the custodian’s
• Data management and reporting
