Our client, was established nearly 40 years ago, and has evolved from a small home builder into a leading organization with diverse operations in home building, land development, residential rentals, commercial assets, and real estate lending.
With a strong entrepreneurial foundation, the company has steadily expanded its reach and industry presence.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and oversee construction activities from start to move-in, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
- Implement and manage the company's on-site safety program.
- Manage subcontractors, including scheduling, inspections, quality control, and work approvals.
- Oversee material management, including scheduling deliveries, correcting take offs, and ensuring proper installation.
- Participate in recruitment, provide coaching, and manage team development.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain project oversight.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of residential construction management experience with a volume builder.
- Strong knowledge of building code and safety code requirements.
- Pursuing or completed Carpentry apprenticeship.
- Journeyman ticket in plumbing, electrical, or heating is an asset.
