Sealing Component Technical Expert

**Position will be based in Serbia, relocation will be needed**

Our team in SERBIA is growing! We are looking to hire a Sealing Component Technical Expert that will be based in Serbia.

The Sealing Component Technical Expert will lead the development, improvement, and management of rubber & resin process technologies for the Metal Body Unit (MBU) sealing systems product line, ensuring product quality and production efficiency; continuously optimize process flows based on customer requirements and product characteristics to enhance product competitiveness.

Additional duties include:

• Lead the planning of new automotive sealing component projects within the MBU sealing systems product line.
• Take the initiative in implementing company improvement objectives related to rubber process technologies within the MBU sealing systems product line, including production efficiency improvement, process step standardization, cost reduction, and other continuous improvement goals.
• Lead the cultivation and development of rubber process technology talents for the MBU sealing systems product line, including building a strong technical talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Rubber Engineering or a related field; basic English communication skills; 15+ years of experience in process R&D and management for sealing products in automotive sealing companies.
• Proficient in production processes for automotive sealing components; has led process optimization and product iteration for sealing products.
• Strong team management experience, with a focus on building and developing talent pipelines.
• Strong adaptability and stress tolerance, capable of handling unexpected issues in the production process.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, able to quickly identify and resolve process issues.
• Strong learning ability and innovative mindset, able to stay updated on industry technology trends and introduce new technologies.
