Senior Software Engineer (Ruby)

Job responsibilities

• Build backend services and product features using Ruby on Rails
• Deliver full-stack features as required using React / TypeScript
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability across Rails services
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across the stack
• Collaborate closely with Product & Design to shape thoughtful solutions
• Contribute to system design, architecture, and technical direction
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and root-cause analysis
• Mentor engineers and help lift engineering maturity across the team
