NOTE : HYBRID work model office located in Montreal, Quebec.Work Experience : 5+ years Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain, AS / 400, RPG, C#, Bilingual French English, CBAP, AgileIndustry : HealthcareDESCRIPTION : Seeking a Bilingual BSA to be a core member of the Supply Chain Business Solutions team, perform strategic business research and analysis.

Review, analyze and evaluate business processes, business systems and users’ need in relation with business requirements.

Participate in the planning and coordination / management of projects. Lead the design and development of systems, new application versions, application enhancements, and support existing applications.

• Participate in implementation and maintenance of systems. Ensure business alignment of IT development initiativesIdentify process improvements and mitigate risksWrite detailed descriptions of and analyze users’ needs and system functionality and steps required to develop enhancements or fixes taking into account best-practice methods and the company’s methodologyInteract with customers, suppliers, users and third parties as appropriate;
• propose creative solutions to user problems identified through enhancements, projects or incidentsEvaluate entire scope (budget, time, effort), system impacts, constraints, risks and alternatives of the solutions proposedDocument business processes and system features to be proposed to users;

validate and signoff with usersCreate functional specifications, business rules and other necessary documents and information in order to communicate the requirements to the programming team.

• Create and document the test strategy and plan for all part of the systemCreate test cases, participate in the actual testing, and document the test resultsReview and validate design and methodology deliverables and effort of team membersProvide status of development effort accomplished, estimates of remaining effort, and issues impacting progressCoordinate with the Change Adoption team the preparation and execution of communication and training for usersAssists in the execution of the transition including the implementation planSupervise resources for project activities and follow up on efforts (complex to very complex project)Be involved in off-hours production support activitiesMay be asked to execute activities associated to next level of job qualificationsShare his / her business, technical and application knowledge with other members of the team May lead a project or project team with significant impact on company results, or may be an expert in his field, providing ideas, opinions and advice to othersEstablish and communicate common goals and direction for project;
